Do you deliver in Winter?
Yes - 7 days a week and 364 days a year. The only day we do not deliver is Christmas.
When are deliveries made and later picked up?
All displays are set up between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am such that the display is ready no later than 7:00 am the date of display. Pick-ups are then completed sometime past 11:00 pm at the end of the display date.
Do we keep any part of the display?
No. These are strictly rentals, but we have on occasion arranged for the purchase of a keepsake.
Who is responsible for missing or damaged items?
By authorizing us to install a lawn display rental on the assigned property, you are responsible for its safekeeping or replacement until it is picked up.
What should I do if the lawn card has fallen?
Pick it up and store it until the weather subsides, then put it back up if you wish and it is safe to do so. If available, we may extend the rental period in this case for free if you wish. We cannot be responsible for the weather and/or the imperfect conditions that we sometimes encounter.
Why is the sign not installed more securely?
Our signs have withstood winds in excess of 90 kph on some occasions and yet have fallen easily with lesser winds. Factors that impact a signs survival include neighborhood density, its exposure (direct or indirect) to the wind, length of rental (vibrations will loosen the holes the rods are anchored into), soil composition (garden beds are very loose), and even its slope. We believe that our signs are the most secured in the industry as we also have to find a right balance in installing it quietly and quickly to maximize that priceless surprised reaction in the morning.
